Our selection process might vary from position to position, but the path to getting hired usually begins with the first conversation with our HR Department. After the successful first interview, candidates are invited to meet the hiring managers and other members of the Organican Team. During the selection process for most of the positions we use job specific tests to evaluate the job specific knowledge and competencies.
For C-level, VP and Department Head level positions before making an offer we always conduct reference check calls.
